Film House was proud to be selected to produce the immersive exhibit about the American involvement in World War I for the National Museum of the United States Army just outside Washington, D.C.

Viewers walk through a sandbag-walled trench to arrive on a bridge overlooking a battlefield complete with period soldiers and World War I artillery. Our film is projected on a curved screen spanning 180 degrees in a specially-constructed round theater

Apokalupsis, an uncovering, is the name of a mural, but it is also the name of a larger immersive exhibit where we bring that mural to life.

Apokalupsis is the creation of the internationally-known American artist Joseph Sulkowski. The theme of this magnum opus is about uncovering the realization that all of life is connected, that all is one.

The immersive Apokalupsis experience is designed to engage all the senses. So in addition to animation, sight and sound, we also use wind, taste, touch and scent to immerse the viewer in an experience that is at once physical and metaphysical, bringing this mural to life.
